At SECAN, we explain the delivery and return conditions for our digital services and software products in detail below.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Our software and digital services do not require physical delivery. All our services are delivered instantly or within the specified timeframe via the internet.
- Instant access to your service after payment confirmation
- Account credentials sent to your registered email address
- Delivery time for websites and custom projects varies based on project details

2. Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
A 1-month cancellation notice period applies to our monthly subscription plans. Your cancellation request will take effect from the next billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
Cancellation terms for annual subscriptions are specified on the product detail page. Generally, annual payments are non-refundable, but special cases are evaluated.
3. Return and Cancellation Terms
Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:
- If service access cannot be provided due to a technical issue
- If features specified in the service description cannot be delivered
- In case of payment errors or duplicate payments
- If cancellation request is made before service commencement
Return requests must be reported in writing to inbox@secan.info.
4. Refund Process
- Refund request is submitted via email
- Request is evaluated within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are reflected to your account within 10 business days
- Refund is processed through the payment method used (credit card, bank transfer)
5. Custom Projects and Web Design
For web design and software development projects:
- Detailed proposal and contract prepared before project start
- Payment plan and delivery dates specified in contract
- Work completed is billed in case of cancellation after project start
- Revision rights and additional request terms are determined per project
